What’s better than a Hot Cheesy Lasagne? ..... A High Protein Dairy Free Lasagne, of course!

Below is the ingredients and recipe breakdown so you can enjoy a healthy alternative to a Italian delight without feeling guilty!


Ingredients (Serves 1):

Mince Beef 5% Fat - 200grams

Lasagne Sheets - 75grams (4 Sheets)

Free From White Lasagne Sauce - 100grams

Tomato Passata - 100g

VioLife Vegan Cheddar Cheese - 60grams

Fresh Piccolo Tomatoes - As many as you want

Red Bell Pepper

Handful of Fresh Basil

Sprinkle of Oregano


Macronutrients (1 Serving):

Carbohydrates - 81grams

Fats - 26grams

Protein - 50grams

Calories - 816 Cals


Recipe:

1. Cook mince meat until brown, add chopped pepper, tomato passata and oregano.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.


2. Wet Lasagne sheets under a warm tap until flexible. Lay first sheet on a non stick oven tray or baking dish. Add mince, white sauce and a sprinkle of cheese then place next sheet on top. Continue to build layers until final sheet.


3. Add final white sauce and cheese to the top and then sprinkle basil and oregano to finish. Top with chopped piccolo tomatoes.


4. Place in oven carefully (because the oven is hot, hot, hot!) and cook until cheese has melted.


5. Serve and Enjoy!
